What should I include in my message?

The shortest version: what your business does, what you're trying to fix or grow, and your rough timeline. Don't worry about polish. We've read worse intros than yours.

Do you have a minimum project size?

We work in everything from a short strategy sprint (a few weeks of structured discovery and planning) to full monthly retainers across multiple channels. We will tell you what makes sense on the free call, before you commit to anything.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. We're Bakersfield-based and happy to meet at your office, a coffee shop, or anywhere in Kern County. We do not run a public storefront, so visits are appointment-only.

How fast can you start?

Strategy sprints typically kick off within a week of a signed proposal. Retainers within 2 weeks. If you have a hard launch date, we can compress with a rush fee.

What if I just have a quick question, not a project?
