Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026.
Reliable PR & Marketing is a two-person marketing agency based in Bakersfield, California. This policy describes what we collect on reliablepr.net, why, and what we do with it. Plain English, no dark patterns, no surprise data sharing.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this website (contact form, “email me the audit,” any diagnostic tool’s email capture):
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your business name
- The page you submitted from
- The diagnostic results (if applicable, e.g., gap count, status)
When you book a call through our Google Calendar link, Google collects standard booking info (name, email, optional message). That data flows directly to our Google Workspace account and is governed by Google’s privacy policy.
When you simply browse, we collect nothing beyond standard web server logs (anonymized IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent). We do not set tracking cookies, run Google Analytics, or use any session-recording tools at this time.
Why we collect it
- To respond to you. If you fill out a form, we read it and write back, usually within one business day.
- To diagnose your business. The diagnostic tools on this site compute their results entirely in your browser. The only time your diagnostic data leaves your device is when you click “Email me the report,” and then only the name, email, business, and result fields go to us.
- To improve the site. Server logs help us spot broken pages and slow load times.
Who has access
Form submissions go to:
- Chris Harris (
chris@reliablepr.net), agency owner - Lauren Harris (
lauren@reliablepr.net), agency co-founder
That is the entire list. We do not sell, rent, share, or syndicate your data to any third party for marketing or advertising purposes.
Third-party services we use
- Web3Forms processes form submissions and delivers them to our inboxes. Their privacy policy: web3forms.com/privacy-policy
- Google Workspace hosts our email and calendar. Their privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (or our hosting provider) serves the website and may log standard request data per their privacy terms.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, FullStory, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or any other marketing-data platform on this site as of the date above.
Retention
- Form submissions stay in our email inboxes indefinitely (so we can find old conversations). You can ask us to delete yours at any time by emailing
chris@reliablepr.net. - Server logs are rotated and discarded on a rolling 30-day basis by our hosting provider.
Your rights
You can email chris@reliablepr.net and ask us to:
- Show you what we have on you
- Correct or update anything that’s wrong
- Delete your data from our records and inboxes
- Stop contacting you (we will)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the rights above plus the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to opt out of data “sale” (we don’t sell), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We currently do not sell or share your personal information.
Cookies
We do not set any tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies on this site. The browser may store small amounts of data for normal site function (page caching, scroll position) but nothing that identifies you.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top and, where reasonable, send a note to anyone who has previously submitted a form.
