Plodica Paradise.
Hanskin's sister brand under Celltrion Skincure, sold only in Korean, with zero American presence. We built the US brand from nothing: the identity, the voice, the education, the calendar, and the feed that carried it.

/ US market entry · Reliable PR & Marketing · Bakersfield, CA
★ Verified native, never projected
★ The brief
Not a translation job. A ground-up brand build.
Plodica had zero US presence: no English voice, no American identity, no feed. Everything an American shopper would ever see had to be invented, then shipped, in one window.
★ The localization
September 8. The feed changes language.
Every post before that morning speaks Korean. Every post after speaks American. The pivot was built in public, and the seam is still on the account.
Watermelon sun cream, captioned in Korean for the home market
“Get ready for a skin revolution, USA.” The first English post
Welcome to Plodica Paradise, twelve days into English
★ The throughline
"Be Positive! Be Plodica!"
The line we wrote for the 2023 US launch. Three years later, it is still the first thing the brand says about itself.
/ still the @plodica_global bio, july 2026
★ The concept
A paradise, built at miniature scale.
The US identity we created: tabletop worlds with picket fences and picnic sets built around the bottles, so a brand nobody in America knew arrived somewhere worth visiting.
★ The Paradise series, one carousel, still live
Welcome to Plodica Paradise
Lunch with friends
Relaxing picnics
Gardening for two
★ The post format, designed in-house
Take a seat, stay a while: the zen garden set
The Phyto Bubble Relief Foam, taught in one frame
The Refresh Clear Pad, product truth up close
★ In motion
Paradise got a pulse.
The launch announcement, the miniature picnic in motion, and the first American Halloween. All three still play on the feed.
The hello: a skin revolution, USA
The Paradise picnic, in motion
Halloween, witch hats on the bottles
/ muted loops shown here · every reel still live on @plodica_global
★ The work in the wild
A brand that learned the American year.
The content calendar was built around US cultural moments a Korean domestic brand had never marked, and real people carried the optimism.
★ The calendar
National Stress Awareness Day, in the tub
Thanksgiving, in the brand's own palette
Black Friday, first one in English
★ The cast
Be Positive, embodied
Sunshine, sky, and the ampoule
Brand purple, worn not printed
★ Within the window
The press met the new voice.
"…truly understands the power of sustainable coexistence."
Rula Khairi · The Klog
Weeks into its first English sentence, the brand we localized was being written about by the K-beauty editorial that defines the category conversation in America.
The quote, posted proudly to the feed
★ Three years later
The voice stuck.
The account has posted in English ever since the September 8 flip. Forty-three posts from our window are still live, and the bio still opens with the launch line we wrote.

We didn't translate a brand. We taught it a second mother tongue, and it never stopped speaking it.

Hanskin Global, the established sister: 52 million followers of reach →★ A note from the team
If you read this far, you probably have a product that speaks one language and a market that speaks another.
Market entries are our favorite blank page. Nothing exists yet, which means nothing is in the way: the identity, the voice, and the calendar all get built right the first time.
If your brand is ready for a market it has never spoken to, we can start with a thirty-minute conversation. No deck. No pitch. Just a real read on whether the work fits.
